Beer Belly is a beer bar focused on serving craft beer, and crafty food. We feature craft beers from all over the greater Los Angeles region and are committed to cultivating an appreciation for the quality and creativity that is the foundation of the craft beer movement. To us, craft beer represents a conscious movement of good will and recession-proof merriment. So raise a glass and cheers…to old friends and new.
We’re located at 532 S Western Ave (90020) in the heart of Koreatown, a block and a half north from the historic Wiltern theater (as well as the Wilshire/Western purple line metro stop).
Valet parking can be found at the Wilshire State Bank parking lot directly south of Beer Belly (on Western Ave) after 5pm daily. This service is $2. Street parking is also available on Western, as well as, on various side streets. As always please be sure to read street signs for parking regulations!

For those of you with an iPhone be sure to download Apple’s free Remote app and take part in our Music Democracy. Just connect to our wifi network (network name and PW is written on the chalkboard by the front door) and open the Remote app. From there you’ll see the Beer Belly Jukebox and have access to our catalog of music. Pick a song you want to hear, or VOTE for any of the other songs that your fellow Beer Belly patrons have selected. The more votes a song has, the sooner it’ll play.
Our kitchen closes everyday ONE hour before closing, so if you plan on eating please be sure to allow enough time.
We are family friendly, but unfortunately cannot provide a high chair. It can get pretty crowded here at night so we would suggest coming in the early evening, or perhaps that you and the younger ones can join us for a weekend lunch when we open at 12pm.
We are closed for the following holidays:
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Easter Sunday
We typically try to do something special around the holidays (especially the 4th of July) so keep an eye on our blog for details.
